The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending good food and providing information about the city and transportation. The hotel was conveniently located near the S-Bahn Station and a local shop that sold cheap throwaway specs.

The hotel had a great location, right at a train station and near the port, making it easy to explore the city. It was also conveniently located right beside the Reeperbahn, perfect for those looking to experience the nightlife. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. there were nearby amenities such as shops and a pizza place, adding to the convenience of the location.
There were occasional issues with blinking lights on the staircase and in the rooms, which could be a bit annoying.
